Holy Name Cathedral
Run-through of the ceremony with planner Noelle. Be on time — this is the one practice round.
6:20 PM
Head to Tortoise
Tortoise Supper Club · 350 N State St
Five-minute drive from the cathedral. Plenty of time — no rush.
6:30 – 7:30 PM
Rehearsal Dinner
Tortoise Supper Club
Food stations plus beer and wine. Smaller crowd — wedding party and family.
7:30 – 10:00 PM
Welcome Party
Tortoise Supper Club
Speeches at 7 PM. Photographer arrives at 7 PM and shoots until 9. Passed apps, beer and wine. Everyone's invited — mingle.
Friday night
Steam your dress
Steam it tonight — there's no dress steaming allowed in the getting-ready room tomorrow once hair and makeup is done.

All personal items need to be taken to your hotel room or the RPM coat check closet — the suite has to be cleared before we head out.

Gather up & board the trolley
Grab everything you'll need for the rest of the day — bouquets, rings, personal items — and head to the lobby. Wheels up at 1:00.

Trolley departs — portraits
Bridal party portraits in Lincoln Park, about a 20-minute drive. Depart the park no later than 2:30.
2:50 PM
Arrive at the church
Enter through the main entrance — bridesmaids head to the lower level. Trolley holds outside.
3:30 – 4:15 PM

Formal photos in church
Stick around if you're in the family photo list; otherwise line up outside for the grand exit.

Open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, string trio. Valet available at the venue.

Bridal party announced onto the dance floor, then take your seats at the head table.

Sliders, pretzels, bar open. Tom's DJ set at 11:15. Party ends at 1:00 AM. #ClubZale
